Refund Policy

At Eduleem, we are committed to providing high-quality education and training programs. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to handle all refund requests with fairness and transparency.

  1. ♦  Admission Fee

           ⇒  The admission/registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
           ⇒  This fee reserves your seat and covers administrative and onboarding costs.

  2. ♦  Course Fee Refunds

           ⇒  Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@eduleem.com within 2 days of course commencement.
           ⇒  If approved, refunds will be processed after deducting applicable administrative charges.
           ⇒  No refunds will be issued after 2 days from the course start date.

  3. ♦  Refund Processing Time

           ⇒  Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days through the same payment method used during enrollment.

  4. ♦  No Refunds in the Following Cases

           ⇒  Course discontinued due to student’s personal reasons (travel, job change, lack of time, etc.)
           ⇒  Dismissal due to disciplinary action or policy violation.
           ⇒  Enrollment through promotional or discounted offers.

  5. ♦  Course Cancellation by Eduleem

           ⇒  In the unlikely event that a course is canceled by Eduleem, students will receive a 100% refund or the option to transfer to another batch/course.
