At Eduleem, Mahitha leads as the Head of Learning & Development (L&D), overseeing the Interior Design, Fashion, and Aviation verticals. With a Master’s degree in Design, she combines her creative expertise and academic excellence to design impactful learning programs, mentor trainers, and drive innovation across Eduleem’s edtech initiatives.
